Analisa Ballinger is a dedicated Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with over seven years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. Since 2016, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in diverse settings, specializing in relationships, neurodivergence, trauma, and mood disorders. Analisa holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and is fluent in Spanish, offering culturally sensitive care to Spanish-speaking immigrants and addressing acculturation challenges.
