With a passion for mental health and well-being, I have dedicated 7 years to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. As a licensed therapist I specialize in couples therapy, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma.
Graduating from Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Clinical Counseling, I have honed my skills through extensive training and experience. My professional journey includes valuable experience at TTBH, the leading mental health authority in Edinburg, TX, DHR, and Hope for Healing LLC, a private practice.
I am committed to ongoing education and professional development, actively participating in professional organizations and workshops. I am also involved in community outreach programs, offering support and resources to those in need.
In my free time, I enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, and cooking, which helps me stay grounded and balanced. My dedication to fostering mental wellness and resilience in others is evident in her approach to therapy and her continuous pursuit of knowledge.
