Moseslyn Williams

With over eight years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionately pursuing my journey to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). My commitment to mental health advocacy began in high school, mentoring elementary students, and has since evolved through diverse roles in center-based, home-based, and crisis intervention settings.

I specialize in working with clients ages 13+ through adults who are neurodivergent or dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, chronic day to day stress, and self-sabotage. Clients who see me typically have goals such as changing thought patterns and behaviors, developing healthier self-esteem, enhancing emotional regulation, resolving internal conflict, and healing past traumas. I aim to increase clients' mindfulness, improve self-worth, and build interpersonal skills through solutions-focused therapy. The solution-focused approach is a present & future-forward focus that helps individuals reach goals & solve problems without focusing on the problems. I also have a wholistic and integrative mental health approach in therapy.

Specialty:

My expertise spans Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), crisis intervention, and suicide prevention, equipping me to support individuals facing behavioral, developmental, and psychological challenges. These experiences have shaped my holistic and empathetic approach to client care.

I aim to integrate my practical knowledge with advanced training to build a thriving private practice. My mission is to empower individuals and foster lasting mental well-being.
